Ah, yes. That is a brilliant scene. I like the behind the scenes story with that too, where RDM said he wanted him to sound like Michael Caine, and Callis had to point out Caine is a city boy so that makes NO SENSE. And of course, ‘I know about farming’ wouldn’t exist, or at least wouldn’t be as powerful, without this scene.
